“Where’s the proof?”
“Show the evidence.”
They’re fair questions. And we have been answering them for a long time.
Since 2018, we have consistently shared peer-reviewed research alongside our educational content, often including study titles, DOI numbers, and PMCID references directly on our social media slides and Facebook support group posts. Despite that, we saw the same pattern on repeat: the research was there, but it was often overlooked, missed, or difficult for people to access on their own.
So we built something more accessible.
The Tox Safety Evidence Library is a centralized collection of peer-reviewed research related to botulinum toxin, created to make the evidence easier to find, review, and understand.
Rather than navigating scattered sources, broken links, or abstract-only pages, the library brings together the studies we have referenced over the years, along with newer research, in one organized space. The goal is not to overwhelm, but to provide a clear path to the literature itself.
Our library exists to support transparency and access.
It allows patients, families, clinicians, researchers, and the broader public to:
locate relevant studies more efficiently
review original research directly
see how findings connect across the literature over time
It is not about telling people what to think. It is about making sure the information is available.
As the body of research continues to grow, the library will continue to evolve alongside it.
If you have ever asked, or seen someone ask, “Where is the evidence about Botox injury?” this is the best place to start.
